I've forgotten my password - how do I get a new one?

You can request a password reset email by selecting the ‘Forgotten Password’ option in the login area. This will send an email to your inbox with a link to change your password.

If you don’t receive this email, please contact Talent Support.

Please make sure that:

  • You’re checking the email used for your Voice Talent Online account.
  • Our emails aren’t being sent to your spam/junk folders.
  • Your device is using the correct time zone.

If none of these fixes work, please contact Talent Support.

Existing talents will have been sent an email with their login details; if you don’t seem to have received this email, please contact Talent Support for assistance.

If you are unable to log into the system, please contact Talent Support with a description of the issue.

If you are able to log in, you can report an issue using the red button in the side menu –  fill out the issue form within and we’ll begin work on solving the problem as soon as possible. 

Purchase orders need to be reviewed and approved by our team prior to being invoice and paid – we try to be as efficient as possible, but this takes time. Check back in a few days.
