Job title:
Business Intern
Part-time, Contract, Fixed-term.
About the role:
We currently have a 3–12 –month internship available within our Customer-facing team. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will experience performing a wide range of Sales and marketing-related activities.
Hours: part-term contract (8-16 hours per week). Scheduling to be mutually agreed
Responsibilities:
May include:
- Assist with compiling and presenting statistics of VTO’s internal sales and other internal data.
- Research into competitors and other stakeholders.
- Liaise with Marketing department regarding key areas for research focus.
- Review and prepare scripts and other client resources (audio / video) to help produce sales quotations.
- Help with Casting (shortlist voice talents) for client projects.
- Liaise with voice talents & VTO’s Production Department to schedule orders.
- Process pre-sales enquiries via phone and Live Chat.
- Day-to-day business admin / office maintenance.
- Maintain excellent record-keeping.
- Other tasks as may be required.
About you:
You are studying towards a qualification in a Business, Sales or Marketing role.
Fast typist with good experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong Maths skills, with a keen eye for data analysis
Enthusiastic, positive, proactive person.
Ambition to forge a career in Business / Management / Sales / Marketing / data analysis.
Interest in audio production and/or languages (if you are bilingual) would be useful but not essential.
