You can request a password reset email by selecting the ‘Forgotten Password’ option in the login area. This will send an email to your inbox with a link to change your password.

I'm not receiving two-factor authentication codes - how can I access my account?
Please make sure that:
- You’re checking the email used for your Voice Talent Online account.
- Our emails aren’t being sent to your spam/junk folders.
- Your device is using the correct time zone.
If none of these fixes work, please contact Talent Support.
I'm an existing talent; how can I access my account?
Existing talents will have been sent an email with their login details; if you don’t seem to have received this email, please contact Talent Support for assistance.
I'm encountering an issue that hasn't been mentioned here - how should I proceed?
If you are unable to log into the system, please contact Talent Support with a description of the issue.
If you are able to log in, you can report an issue using the red button in the side menu – fill out the issue form within and we’ll begin work on solving the problem as soon as possible.
